The photo looks fine, but the post feels flat
You have a good reaction photo, product shot, drawing, or pet picture. It says what you want, yet it disappears in a busy chat or social feed. A short wobble can give the image a beat without turning it into a full video project.
Traditional editors can do this with duplicated layers, keyframes, distortion effects, and a carefully matched loop. That works, but it is a lot of setup for a two-second joke. A browser wobble tool reduces the job to choosing a photo, selecting the part that moves, previewing, and saving.

Start with one clear subject
Pick a photo with an obvious subject and enough room around the part you want to animate. A face, plush toy, dessert, loose sleeve, or tuft of fur gives the eye something specific to follow. Large, noisy backgrounds make a small movement harder to notice.
Open the image from your device, paste it, or load a permitted image URL. Nothing needs to be converted first. If the photo is huge, a practical social size will preview and export faster than the full camera original.
Turn the still into a short loop
Mark the part that should move, then switch to the live preview. Begin with restrained motion. You are looking for a readable change that returns smoothly to its starting pose. If the subject seems to slide away from the picture, reduce the amount of movement before changing anything else.
Watch at least two complete cycles. The first pass tells you whether the idea is funny or charming; the second reveals awkward jumps. A loop that feels slightly too subtle in the editor often looks just right once it repeats in a feed.
There is no download needed, so a second version only takes another preview and export.
Save, test, and post
Export the finished loop and open the saved file once before sharing it. Check the first frame, the final return, and the file dimensions. Messaging apps sometimes show animations at a much smaller size, so fine movement may disappear even when it looked obvious on a large monitor.
Keep the original photo. A wobble GIF is easy to remake when a platform crops it strangely or you decide that the movement should be calmer. The browser workflow makes revision cheap, which is the main advantage over building and rebuilding a timeline.
