Purupuru Maker is a free browser-based tool that lets you open an image, paint a motion mask, apply wobble, jiggle, shake, and related effects, preview the result, and export an animated GIF or supported video format. No account is required. We may improve, add, remove, limit, or discontinue features, and different browsers or devices may support different inputs and export formats.
3. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You are responsible for the images you choose and for how you use exported animations. Do not use Purupuru Maker with illegal, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or infringing content. Do not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights; distribute malware; probe or bypass security; interfere with the website; scrape it at a harmful rate; impersonate another person; or use the service in a way that could harm users, providers, or infrastructure.
4. Your images and generated files
You retain any rights you already hold in images you open and in GIFs or videos you generate. Purupuru Maker does not claim ownership of your source images or exports. You must have permission to use, edit, animate, and share every photograph, illustration, character, logo, or other work involved. You are also responsible for checking whether an export is accurate and suitable before publishing or relying on it.
5. Purupuru Maker intellectual property
The Purupuru Maker name, branding, original interface, source code, site artwork, written guides, and other website materials belong to Purupuru Maker or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms let you use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the website. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or falsely present the service as your own except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6. Local processing, storage, and privacy
The editor is designed to process source images, masks, previews, and exports locally in your browser rather than uploading them to an application server. You are responsible for saving and backing up important files. Browser storage, technical logs, cookies, advertising, and third-party services are described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services and advertising
The website may display advertising or link to third-party websites, libraries, hosting providers, or services. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies. Purupuru Maker does not control and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or practices.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Purupuru Maker is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee uptime, compatibility, output quality, file size, color accuracy, preservation of work, or that every image or browser will produce the result you expect.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purupuru Maker and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or reputation arising from the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the service during the previous twelve months or USD 20.
10. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a violation.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the Purupuru Maker operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally.
